    I liked it, but the recipe could use a little more oomff. I wouldnt use that much oil without doubling the other ingredients, tripling the vinegar and lime juice, and about 10x more ginger. I also like to use cilantro instead of parsley and if you want to make a couple take to work meals out of it, toss in a sliced up chicken breast!

    My husband likes shredded iceberg lettuce so I knew he'd love this. I've made it several times. It's really good and easy.

    Had to buy ginger. I never used it before strange looking thing(bought freshIt really smells good. George has taught me to use more spices in cooking and to try new thing on the low carb diet.I am changing not only my eating habits but tastes in differnt kinds of food.Thanks FTV And thanks George.

    I am a big fan of Japanese ginger salad so I was thinking that this could be the same one. It tastes like what I expected. Very good. I add one shredded carrot for color. I am so glad to get this recipe.
