Super moist! I have made these numerous times. They are a great low carb option without feeling deprived.

Yum! I just made these and they were delicious-so tender and juicy. I guess the cheese and veggies added the moisture. We will definitely make these again!

So happy I found this recipe! This was the first time I've had a turkey burger and it was awesome. I took some advice from previous reviewers and omitted the ketchup, cayenne & chili power. I used about a tablespoon of jalapeno peppers and used a bit more cheese. We only had a litte over 1 lb of turkey so we cut everything in half. Perfect on a sesame bun with green leaf lettuce a dusting of cheese and some barbeque sauce. DELICIOUS!!

I saw this recipe about 6 years ago on Food Network and made it my own. The hubby always loved it. Well I havent made it in a long while and forgot the changes I made and was afraid I wouldnt find this recipe since his show has ran for years. But obviously I found it! And remembered my changes after reading the recipe. Here are my modifications:

I omit the ketchup, cayenne & chili powder
I add: finely chopped jalapeno(s, finely chopped button mushrooms, extra cheese, garlic & onion powder. And saute them to a nicely brown surface on both sides.

    Delish!

Discovered these burgers a few years ago while I on a low carb diet, and they are excellent - best-ever turkey burgers. Delicious as written, but I melt more shredded cheddar on top and serve them on whole grain flatbread with ranch dressing. SO GOOD!

One note: cook these burgers over medium heat, as medium-high burns them before they're fully cooked in the center.

I made ten of these burgers at my 4th of July barbecue for the first time. They were a BIG hit. I had people asking for more and telling me how good they were. Some even asked for the recipe. This was my first time making burgers with turkey meat and you better believe I'll be making them again. Next time I'll make a lot more.

I loved these burgers but have to admit I did not keep it low carb. I halved the recipe and just made regular burgers on a roll. I omitted the egg and put the cheeese on top instead of in the burger.

I Love this recipe. I found it years ago when I was cooking low-carb and made them often. I strayed from the low-carb lifestyle for a long while and am now back to it. I am preparing these burgers again and lovin them more than ever. I didn't even realize how much I missed them! By the way neither my husband or myself are huge Turkey fans but these are quite the exception!!!
