    This salad reminded me of a favorite out of the deli. It was so simple to make and tasted even better then the deli brand.

    Call me a veggie snob, but I'm really not a fan of frozen vegetables so I went into this recipe expecting not to like it. To my surprise this recipe is terrific! I used a CarbOptions ranch dressing. This is terrific with the knife and fork burger recipe or just as a midday snack on it's own.

    I have made this salad for years with some variation. I finely chop fresh broccoli and use a combo of mayo, vinegar and Splenda. I also add chopped red onion. I urge all to try it. I am ALWAYS asked to bring it to parties.
