For years my husband has raved about my meatloaf, even though is it a simple receipe I got out of some old cook book. Since we began preparing the LoCarb meatloaf, he sears that we will never go back to the old receipe....And I agree.

Fixed it for dinner Sunday. They all loved it. Even my picky grandkids.
I didn't get the ends sealed well tho, and a lot of the cheese cooked out. Will have to work on that.

I have to admit, when I first thought about ham in meatloaf? well I really wasn't impressed. BUT I tried it and it was the best meatloaf I have ever put my taste buds to! It was so good that my husband and my 12 year old son asked me to cook three times in a week! that is WOW! food!

My pre-low carb days meatloaf was sooo good and easily could be converted to low carb..but I decided to try George's recipe and now my old one is out the window! We loved this..it is VERY good, cheesy, saucy, and to die for!
