Not only was this a good meatloaf recipe, I have replaced my meatball recipe with this one...minus the ham and provolone cheese. This is better the next day cold!

My husband couldn't get enough of it. I think he's given the recipe to everyone he knows.

I saw this recipe on the tv and decided to try it straight away. Not only was it easy but absolutely delicious. Where we live I may not get all the ingredients all the time i.e. the provolone cheese or the ham. I have used a subsitute and the family still loved it.

My husband and I just started a low carb diet, neither of us has a lot of weight to lose, but we wanted to get the "white" foods out of our diet, this seemed like a great way to do it. My husband loves meatloaf and mashed potatoes, so I was a bit skeptical of how long he would last then I found George Stella on TV making Meatloaf, and tried it. It was terrific. We do not eat pork products so I made it with out the ham, and it was still a wonderful satisfying meal! Enjoy
