This was the best meatloaf my husband I have EVER had.I was A little nervous about the no bread idea but it really works.I am not big on parm cheese but didnt even notice it in the recipe.I used mozzarella instead of provolone and that seemed to work very well. The homemade topping was perfect and tasted great.

This meatloaf is fantastic. I was a little skeptical about how the tomato topping would turn out, but it was delicious. The meatloaf itself is very flavorful. My family loved it. I'm tossing my old meatloaf recipe out, this one is a keeper.

Couldn't wait for the show and made this last week. All week the kids kept asking: "when can we have the meatloaf again?"! Very very soon! Food Network Rocks!
