I haven't had such a hit before! This was a great change from the everyday dull meatloaf I grew to expect. I will suggest this to anyone.

I have made this several times already because I love it so much. Very tasty, however I feel the recommended amount of ketchup is a bit much so the second time I made it I cut that part by half.

This is by far the best meat loaf I have ever eaten. Each and every bite is so tasty. I did use a meat loaf meat package from the store with veal, pork and ground beef. I also added some baby spinach. It is soooooooo yummy and left over it is even better. I have given all of my friends this recipe. Even if you are not a low carb eater, this is a a treat. You gotta try this!

My son who is diabetic found this recipe. He supprised the family by making it. It was fantastic. The whole family loved it. A visitor to our home at the time also tried it and asked for the recipe. It was simple, delicious and made a great presentation. Would be great for company.

This recipe is so simple to make, and is delicious to eat. My husband and I now have this for dinner once a week, and the leftovers supply at least two lunches.

Low carb is just a side benefit here, This was amazing!

I made two mistakes. the first was that I bought the HOT tomato sauce (with garlic and hot pepper and forgot to add the garlic. I am going tomake it this way a lot! It was great! Cooking time was considerably longer than mentioned, I was glad I used a meat thermometor.
