This is the 3rd time I've made this recipe. I had a good recipe passed down from my grandmother but this one tops that. My husband doesn't want me to go back to my old recipe. This meatloaf is flavorfull, moist and delicious. This time I went a little lower in fat and used only ground turkey. Still great!

This meatloaf is amazing! I took the advice of a previous reviewer and added fresh spinach when I layered it, because it sounded good, and I doubled the garlic, because I love garlic. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as it is written. So yummy! This one is a keeper.

This has become a staple at our house. I made it when we were on our low-carb fad phase but it has stayed on as one of our favorite dishes!!

He is on a low-carb diet and I am always searching for new ways to create something a bit different. We both thought this recipe was fantastic! I used a mix of ground chuck and mild italian sausage (because it's what I had on hand... followed the rest of the recipe exactly... and it turned out great. Served it with simple cut green beans. We will be making this one again and again... thanks George :

I also followed the recipe to a "T" and thought it was excellent. Very tasty with the added veggies, proscuitto and cheese. Topping was a sweet surprise that went great with the beef.

Great meatloaf! Didn't want to spend the money on prosciutto so I used bacon instead. Between the bacon and the cheese there is plenty of moisture so I recommend using leaner ground beef.

I made this last night and it was d-lish! I did make a couple changes based on what I had on hand. I used ground turkey, fresh red bell pepper, 1 1/2 tsp italian seasonings in place of the fresh parsley, dried oregano & basil, and did not make sauce or top with prosciutto or cheese. Still fabulous! I divided mixture into 6 portions and placed in jumbo muffin tin. Baked @ 450 for 35-40 mins.

This meatloaf is the best I have ever had. My wife also loved it, and she as a rule doesn't like anything new. Can't wait to make it again!

After reading all of the wonderful reviews I was stoked. After all, I had tried George's Mock Mashed potatoes and they were great. I was so disappointed with this meatloaf. It sounded great, but if you like the more traditional meatloaf which is more moist and flavorful, do not try this recipe. It was dry, bland, tasteless, and a total bomb. I followed the recipe to a "t". It really needs to be more moist and have some texture instead it just honestly came out like a block of meat, rather a log of baked hamburger meat! I will not be making this again. I do hate to be so wasteful with food, but none of my family enjoyed a bite of this. We had to go and get take out instead tonight. I have never left a review here before, but again this was so bad that I had to get on here and warn others to not waste your time if you want a flavorful meatloaf this is not the answer!
