Ok, so I cheated and used regular sugar, so they weren't exactly low carb, but of course...still delicious! my family loved this dessert. The texture was smooth, rich, and the taste was yummmmmy! The ricotta cheese is a nice touch : definitely recommend this dessert!

Wow, what a great cravings buster. I eliminated the almond and added Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder and some high cocoa content chocolate shavings. Delicious brown velvet, just like Obama! Hey Food Network, BRING BACK GEORGE STELLA!

This a great dessert! I used a low carb chocolate bar from Trader Joes instead of making the chocolate chips from scratch. It took about 4 minutes to make and tasted wonderful! Next time I think I'll cut up a few pistacio nuts as well to add to the authentic Cannoli taste.

For the first time making these, I thought they were a satisfying treat. Next time I will use less Splenda in the chocolate, (which I think has too much aftertaste when used cup for cup as sugar, and more cream instead. I tried this the following day on a new batch of chocolate. It melts fine in the microwave, needs no water, and I used much more cream. It was TASTY as frozen chocolate for those of us who have that type of need. The cannoli cream was yummy with less Splenda and woul be even better I think with a little less Almond.

I wanted to find a good low carb dessert for my husband that didn't taste low carb, and this is it! Very simple to make and delicious! I even liked it and I don't like anything diet! The only change I made when I tried this for the second time is to use less almond extract. I found it to be a little strong. Much better the second time! Thanks!!!!!
