I just made these brownies today
and they make a full thick pan's worth. I am not yet used to the smell of soy but I'm getting better at it. But definitely a good replacement for a nasty flour and sugar made brownie...would make again.

The brownies were good but the frosting tasted horrible. The splenda gave it a bitter flavor. I made old fashioned regular ganach. Just whip cream and chocolate. Heat cream, add grated chocolate into it, cool and beat with a whip or electric beater. Can add a little splenda, but not near as much as this recipe. I also used mini muffin pan to bake in. Only baked 20 minutes. They are more like mini cupcakes. Very nice for a treat.

These are good. As mentioned in the recipe, you should watch the cooking time. I baked mine for 25 minutes.
