Very easy to make and delicious! I never even missed the bread crumbs.

I'm not doing a low carb diet, and I think this is better than "real" crab cakes. Great flavors and not "bready" like others tend to be. PS My grocery store didn't have anything but imitation crab, and even that turned out well...jbut it added some carbs, so be careful.

I really enjoyed these crab cakes. They were super easy to make. I spiced them up a bit by using a jalapeno pepper instead of a regular green sweet pepper. These would be perfect to bring to a party.

I want to eat these as fast as I can cook them I have made them twice and they came out great each time it helps to refrigerate the crab mixture before cooking the crab cakes helps them stay together a bit better while spooning into the oil

The only thing I did different is that I added Horseradish to the mustard sauce for extra zing!

These were really good and very easy to make. I was not able to get the fresh blue crab so I had to used canned crab meat. They still were very good. I would get as much of the liquid out as possible first. I made it about an hour ahead of time and put the mix in the refrigerator. Then made the patties right before dinner. Worked fine. Very good.
