The mustard sauce was zippy and tasty. I found the crab cakes didn't maintain their round shape very well, but I will most definitely try again.

Very good. More like a crab omlete than traditional crab cakes, but still delicious. The mustard dip was right on, just like Joe's in Miami.

I added a couple of tablespoons of Keto brand crumbs (4 g. net carbs per 1/4 cup I also added a little green onion and as others suggested I chilled it for half an hour. They were as good as any I've made before. I liked the way they puffed up.

I made these crabcakes to rave reviews from my husband. They were very tasty and easy to make.
I did tweek the recipe a bit. I added a dash garlic powder, 1 tbsp minced green onion, 1 tsp dijon and 2tbsp breadcrumbs. I then refridgerated the mixture for 20minutes so that the it would be easier to handle when forming into cakes.
It was so very simple to make and so very yummy. Cannot wait to make them again!
