This cheesecake is easy tho time consuming but results in a deliciously rich cheesecake that everyone enjoys whether on a low carb diet or not.

This is my first experience cooking with Splenda and it was awesome. The cake stayed tall and the texture is fabulous.

Served this at a dinner party and even the "non low-carb fans" loved it! Much better than previous recipes I've tried.

This cheesecake tastes just like the real thing minus the crust. It is the best cheesecake I have made that is low carb. It is something you can serve to your guests without them every knowing the difference.

This is fantastic. No one well know it is low carb, and it is easy. I used food processor.

Hard to look at this recipies as diet, I have been on low carb for the past month and lost 13 pounds and have 10 left to go and it is not coming off very fast. I have tried a few of your recipies and so far they are all very good , it takes the monotony of dieting , Mary-Lou from Sudbury Ontario

I've tried quite a few low carb cheesecake recipes and I have to say this the best. Will definately be making it again.

My husband and I really like this cheesecake, but it could be a little sweeter, I think. Instead of strawberries, we bought a can of 'no added sugar' cherry pie filling as we are mostly concerned with the sugar. We will gladly make this again.
