A good recipe for those of us watching our sugar intake. There is no question the real deal is superior but when you consider what it does to your health, not to mention your waistline, this is a fine alternative. Good job George, you have some super recipes and I really enjoy the show.

This worked out great, and it was much better than other low carb cheesecakes I have made before...not to sweet, just right. Give it a try with some real whip cream and some strawberries, you won't be sorry.

I could not believe this is taste like a regular cheesecake. This is excellent dessert for a diabetic.

Its so hard to find desserts for our new Diabetic lifestyle but this one is awesome. I have never made a cheesecake except for Jello brand and I amazing!!!! I actually used a graham cracker crust with it and it came out flufy, moist and very high. The secret of leaving it in the oven after baking works great to keep it nice and tall. Thanx ever so much.....

This was delicious. I've tried other LC cheesecakes in the past and had to throw them in the trash. Everybody liked it and has asked for the recipe. The only changes I made, was I mixed filling entirely in food processor, and added a teaspoon of lemon zest. Mine was very creamy and delicious.

The taste was wonderful and worth the time it takes to make and let it rest-I liked everything about it and all my friends raved over it--it just was a little time consuming and a person would have to know exactly what your plans are for the whole time. I loved the cheesecake. Thanks for your show. I have lost 35lbs in the last year lowering my carbs and eating healthy. I love your show but too many repeats and not enough new recipes. Thanks Jana Womack
