This cheesecake was easier to make than I expected, and it turned out perfectly.

Tastes absolutely wonderful! My entire family loved it.

Thanks for a great low carb recipe!

The texture wasn't quite as creamy, but very close. The flavor was outstanding! I can't believe it's low carb! My husband loved it too.

I thought this cheesecake was too crumbly. It didn't have the creamy texture I thought it would have.

Made this for my July 4 bash. No one knew it was low carb until I told them. Then I took the left over to work where my colleagues are food lovers and try to eat low carb. The comments were: I want the recipe; didn't miss the crust at all; usually a lot of fruit on top is necessary, but not with this; thanks so much.

My taste buds couldn't believe this was low-carb & sugar free! Tasted just like a New York-style cheesecake! Thick and rich!!
