The soy flour gives the crust a really wierd taste and texture. This pizza was absolutely horrible.

I made this pizza with low carb burrito tortillas. 1st I put it in the oven 2 toast a little bit & put the toppings later! It came out really good!

Good alternative for pizza!!! Please, please, please turn down your background music! It sounded like the circus was outside your studio and you had to compete with it!!!!! Thank you.

The pizza crust was absolutely horrible in texture, taste and aftertaste. Hopefully someone will build a better mousetrap.

I didn't care for the soy flour crust, so I substituted a low-carb whole wheat tortilla and sprayed it with a little olive oil before putting on the toppings. I let everyone "build their own" and the meal was a great success with everyone - adults and children.

exelent for stopping the urge to call papa john's if you know what i mean! i did find out that i had to add extra club soda to thin the dough enough to make two pizza's. other than that great!

This tastes like your cheating!!!!! I have been doing low carb for 2 years, and just started to experiment with soy flour. This was sinful, and I will be making it OFTEN! Thanks George.

I have tried this recipe as written, but I don't like the taste of the soy flour. I made it again the other night and used 3/4 cup soy to 3/4 cup wheat flour. I think it tastes better, but I'm sure it has more carbs this way.
