Taste and texture is everything to me. This recipe is absolutely wonderful!! My husband, who doesn't need to watch the carbs, liked the pizza as well. I look forward to other recipes.

This wasn't too bad, though we got the "cornbread consistency" as well. Will take other reviewers' advice and make it thinner next time. We made one white pizza with feta, bacon, chicken and mozz, the other with sauce and pepperoni. The white pizza was better, though I think more due to the toppings than the crust. Will make again.

We made homemade pizzas last night. One was reg. & one was this pizza recipe for those on low carb. Everyone loved and ate the low carb one. These recipes make staying low carb easy & fun.

We were excited to try this recipe after seeing the show and immediately went out and got everything we needed. Much like some of the other reviews, the crust was disappointing- a large cornbread- just flattened. The added toppings were great so we just scraped off the meats and cheese. Keep working on that crust recipe.

I just made this today after seeing it on tv. I had most of the ingredients already, but needed to get the soy flour which is something that I haven't used before. The sauce is very good. If you make this for a normal pizza you will like it. The soy flour crust is not good and you might find some of the other low carb flour alternatives to be better or just make a very thin traditional crust.

I cut the recipe in half, since I didn't need that much. I also wanted to eliminate some fat/calories so I used 2 egg whites. I baked as directed and topped with lots of veggies and a little bit of mozarella. It was delicious! Better than I expected.

I loved this recipe. The crust was definitely different, but I found that I really enjoyed it. It has an almost thick cornbread texture and it reminded me of one of the casseroles my mother used to make. I'm big on eating leftover pizza cold, and I found that this was good stuff! My 6 year old even told me "good pizza, Mom!", and he is a pizza snob!

I really liked this pizza. It tastes almost like a real pizza. I think it matters more on the toppings than the base.

I loaded my pizza with alot of different meats and vegies.

This pizza was great. I made it a second time and put a low carb alfredo sauce, feta cheese, and shrimp. The crust needs to be cooked longer than stated. I will make this again. Thank you!!!!
