    This was extremly easy to make, and the taste was awesome. The day this show was aired I had a small party with friends and fixed this. Everyone loved it. Great dinner party for anyone looking for something sweet and low carb

    I put the ingredients in my electric ice-cream 'machine' (Cuisinart Turned out really great. I now add some ricotta to all ice cream recipes. It gives the ice cream a nice texture, not so melty.

    I just started a low carb eating plan. Although I am trying to steer away from sweets to help with weight loss, sometimes when I fix a very special meal for my husband I like to whip up a little something for dessert. I tried your Chocolate Almond Ice Cream -- and what a HIT it was! My husband was crazy about it. It is truly delicious. Very impressive. And low carb too! This recipe is fabulous. I couldn't believe it. Thank you!!!!!

    I didn't have almonds or almond extract so I did with out. This was very good. The one thing that I liked about it was that one seving was just enough to satisfy my sweet craving, and any more then that was too much.

    I dislike the store bought "low carb" ice cream--too much junk in it. But I also can't go out and buy an ice cream maker.

    Now I don't have to!
