I made this for my family. my brother has celiac's who can't wheat . I made chicken strips outta boneless skinless chicken tenders. The coating is a excellent idea and tastes just as good as the regular stuff does. In my opinion better. I have to control my carbs cause of diabetes/pcos so I will be trying some of George's other recipes in the future as well.

This was the BEST chicken! Yes, it is a little messy. But the outcome was wonderful! To season the chicken PRIOR to the flour & egg, I used Paula's Seasoning (salt, peper & garlic powder directly on the chicken, and then dusted and egged as per the directions. And for all you with spouses that are finicky, mine ate it all up! Didn't even know the difference.

    Thanks again George!

This recipe is simple and wonderful. I served this to guests that were NOT low carbers and they raved about the lightness and the wonderful flavor of the coating. This is going in my permanent recipe file! Thanks George!

The chicken was really tasty, but it got kind of burnt.

My family really enjoyed this "fried chicken". It was tasty just as directed but we sprinkled a little Lawry's seasoning salt & it was even better. My only complaint is that it really doesn't look like the picture. I dipped it three times and still couldn't get it coated enough to look like the picture. It wasn't crunchy but the taste was good.

I did as one person suggested and mixed in some almond flour and made chicken strips for our 4 & 8 year old grandaughters. They loved them.

This recipe is wonderful! I'm diabetic and I have heart trouble so I can't have sugar or salt. With this recipe I couldn't tell it didn't have any salt.
