The southern fried chicken was excellent. My husband loved and didn't even know it was low carb until I told him. He is already for me to make it again.

This fried chicken tasted every bit as good as the old-fashioned full caarb way. And of course much better for us. I will cook this again. These low carb recipes are great!

Finally a way to enjoy fried chicken on a low carb lifestyle!!!! Next time I make this dish, I'll add more seasoning to the soy flour and use chopped garlic & parsley to chicken before coating with flour. I also recommend pounding chicken thinner to cut down on cooking time and eliminate the baking. I LOVED THIS RECIPE AND AM ALSO REALLY DIGGING THIS SHOW!!!!

My husband just cooked up a batch of Low Carb Fried chicken and I am impressed! He's a great cook anyway, but this was better than usual because it's low carb. The chicken tastes great, looks just like traditional southern fried chicken (in fact, it looked so good, we took a picture to email to my mother-in-law, who told us about George's show!. The whole family loved it!

My husband is not watching his carb intake and has had no weight problem at all. I was tired of making 2 meals one for me and one for him. When I said the fried chicken recipe on the show I decied not to tell him it was a low cab recipe and told him I was going off the diet for a while not only did he eat the chicken and loved it he ate the onion rings! I think I'm on to something, not telling him they are low carb recipes he is eating the sssame thing I am and now we are Low Carb and lovin it together. Just nobody tell him!

My family has been missing fried chicken since we went on our low carb diet. This recipe is even better than the old white floured chicken we used to cook. Great recipe....
