    I used light butter (half of what the recipe called for, and whole food's reduced fat veggie cream cheese. This dish is divine.

    You really could fool somone with this side dish. If you love garlic add a little extra, delicious!

    I love cauliflower anyway but this is an elevation of the vegetable that makes it easily enjoyable by all! George has incorporated some wonderful flavor which if the key to low carb low fat healthy cooking anyway...its all about flavor, flavor, flavor!

    was very tastey. i forgot the parm cheese at the store so i substituted provolone...sure it's better with the parm....will try that next time. nice for that potato replacement.

    This was a total treat! I make mashed cauliflower every now and then, but this was 10 times better than the way I do it! I'll definitely be making these again.

    Looks just like mashed potatoes and great taste. Good way to get in you daily requirement of fiber. Very good

    all I can say is WONDERFUL!!!!!!
    George is an absolute genius!!!! I have tried most of his recipes & they are all OUTSTANDING......I have his cookbook & wish he would start a new one..............D
