Well I really love mashed potatoes but don't like cauliflower at all. I could eat this but really would rather go without. I served them for Thanksgiving and everyone just had a small taste. I threw away 3/4 of them. If you want to try it keep in mind that it takes a lot of work to get most of the lumps out. I added cheese & put them in the oven to warm.

I had never made mashed potatoes before, so I wasn't sure about what to expect. But it went well and they tasted good. But I still prefer the real thing.

I thought that he was crazy when he said to use cauliflower as a substutite for potatos but it really had a good consistency and excellent taste. We all loved it here.

I love mashed potatoes and the "Mock" Garlic Potatoes is a great replacement. I like the creamy texture and the taste of the butter and garlic are so good. Now I can enjoy the Mock Potatoes and I don't have to worry about the extra calories.

I made these with a creamy chicken dish and they were outstanding! I had made them before, but they were always runny and just tasted like cauliflower! These had the perfect texture to capture all the delicious sauce that usually just runs across the plate and had a great flavor on their own!
