It really is good. It dose not taste like mashed potatoes, but it is still a good way to eat cauliflower. I will make it again.

I'm sorry, but there's no way these taste anything like potatoes. I'll admit califlower isn't my favorite vegetable though!

My husband who hates anything cauliflower LOVED this side dish! And is even more impressed with the fact that he CAN have "mashed potatoes" on his diet! What would we do without you George? thanks=D

How tricky. I didn't even miss the "real" mashed potatoes and found a new vegetable to love.

I loved the indulgent flavor and the simplicity of this recipe'. I would recommend this recipe'to all who are on the Atkins program. It takes away from the boredom that you at times can experience.

Yes, it is not potatoes but it satisfied my cravings! I had my doubts but this recipe has encouraged me to try other low-carb options!

Although not Mashed Potatoes, this tastes very simillar and has a great creamy cauliflower taste. I roasted the garlic first, made it so yummy. Thanks George

These were absolutely remarkable. I have tried several versions of the "mock mashed potatoes", but these were the only ones that REALLY DID taste like mashed potatoes. I served them for the first time, on a night I had company, and everyone, including my husband, were totally shocked when I told them that it was really cauliflower. Everyone took home the recipe. Thanks a bunch!!
