    This recipe was one of the best I have tried. Make sure to DRAIN on paper towels. If not, you will end up with a big soggy mess!
    Warning: This recipe will stink up your kitchen! (throw used paper towels OUTSIDE as soon as possible also

    I loved this! I was a little skeptical at first but tried it anyways and I wouldn't change a thing. I share this with my friends and they too think it is yummy.

    This recipe is great, especially topped with shredded cheddar. I've tried cauliflower dishes in some restaurants, but this is much better.

    My friend has a 10 year old daughter who is soooo picky. She had three helpings of this dish. Will make this often.

    If you really like cauliflower you will like this. I liked it and so did my son but the other two members of the family said it was baby food. I have another recipe from sara moulton that we like better. It is easy though.
