I might have added to much garlic but over all it was just great. I'll use this more often then not.

What a wonderful recipe. We have been on the low carb diet for 3 years so mashed potatoes are maybe a 3 time a year treat for us. Can't thank you enough for this recipe.

These mock mashed potatoes are out of this world. They are even better than the real thing, you can't even tell its cauliflower!

As a potato lover I was not prepared for just how well I would love this substitute. It was very tasty, I used garlic and onion powder in mine as well. I'll definitely cook it again and again.

I made this recipe for the first time tonight and my whole family loved it. Even our 5yr. and 2yr. old girls. I never eat califlower, so I was a bit sceptic about this dish. Let me tell you that is will now be a staple on the table every week. I added a bit more garlic and cream cheese and it was absolutely creamy. If you like your mash potatoes very flavorful, I would suggest adding just a bit more of the flavorings to the dish. You can barely tell that it isn't potatoes. I can't wait to try this dish on our friends to see what they say.
