Loved the idea. Maybe I didn't have a large enough head of Cauliflower? Maybe I mis-measured the parmesean? Just too cheesy for my husband and I. Will try again without parm.

The garlic and pepper give it a serious kick. My husband now asks for this instead of mashed potatoes. And it's guilt free!

One of the best recipes I have tried. Easy to make fast and really very tasteful. We wanted a substitute for potatoes and this is our new favorite!

I had to rate it only 3 stars because we roasted the cauliflower. It was ok but I wouldnt recommend steaming or boiling which i found has a milder flavor. We like cauliflower roasted in general just not this way...if you roast, add butter and or milk as it can be dry.

Wow. This recipe is easy (with a food processor. You'll never through out another uneaten head of cauliflower again. All the ingredients are easy and we usually have most on hand. We even had fresh rosemary - small amout of sprigs goes far. I've heard all the raves about Cauliflower whipped up like potatoes but today Foodie Nation, I am a believer.

Fabulous recipe! My family didn't miss the mashed potatoes at all. I felt like I was cheating but it's all good.

Very tasty side dish, and an excellent healthy stand-in for calorie-heavy mashed potatoes. I substituted the cream cheese for the same amount of plain Fage greek yogurt since my husband hates cream cheese. I think the substitution worked very well, and a little extra garlic never hurts!
