    Very easy! My family loves the flavor. I have made it several times and have used different flavored broths. All have been good.

    I like mushrooms, but I never knew mushrooms could taste THIS good! I substitute crimini mushrooms for button, and add oyster and/or shitakes as well as some fresh thyme. I have also added sliced leeks with the onions on occassion, which is good. Be careful not to add too much wine. I looooove this soup, we have it about once a week.

    THE best mushroom soup I've tasted, and flat-out easy to make. Of the coupe dozen people of which I've served it, none have had anything but wonderful comments. Glad it's lo carb, cause this one is a once-a-week-er.

    Im not a fan of canned mushroom soup and thats all that I have ever tried.
    Today,I made this recipe and it's not only the best mushroom soup but the best soup I have ever tasted.
    This will be on my menu many more times!
