I made this as a treat for my LOW CARB husband....
I knew he would be the only one eating it, so most of it would be frozen... I omitted the crust to make it 100% no carb... and left out the gelatin (to make it freezer friendly and poured mix into cups & popsicle molds.
    He loves it! Thank you!!!

My family absolutely loved this recipe although I did pour the pie filling into 2 pre-made graham cracker crusts. Once they had their first piece they couldn't stop eating!

This was a great dessert and it didn't have the aftertaste, maybe because of the lime juice. Easy, too!

On a scale of one to ten I would give this cheese cake at least an 8. It was wonderful. I would prefer it didn't have 8 carbs per slice but you can't win them all.

Although a little messy to make, the effort is worth it. Creamy texture with a mild citrus flavor. It is as good as the cheese cake served at our local fancy restaurant. Thanks again George!

This is a pie everyone rants and raves. Being on a low carbs diet, one can appreciate a great dessert because it is hard to come by!
