Very tasty and easy to prepare. The pecans and the fennel make the dish.

I'm always looking for new salmon recipes and this one is great. Very easy to make and has a lot of flavor. I was surprised how well the fennel matched the other ingredients. Highly recommended.

This recipe gave us a wonderful alternative for making salmon. We usually grill salmon with key west seasonings, but after trying the roasted pecan and herb-crusted salmon both my husband and I agreed it was great.

In a word...WOW! I am on day 9 on South Beach.I thought about throwing the towel in until I tried this recipe! My husband and his 91 year old Nanny (very picky eater as well as my 2 boys all agree this was a definate keeper.I enjoyed it the next day on a salad. If you aren't a huge fennel person, skip it. It really isn't necessary. MUST TRY!

For salmon lovers, you will not find a more delicious dinner. And, it was so easy to make. My husband and I agree it is the best dish I have ever made. Days later, he is still talking about it.
