Making this again this Thanksgiving. Got many 'brags' last year on this stuffing, even from those not counting carbs. It's a yearly keeper on my Thanksgiving table.

OK flavor, but I probably won't make it again. I prefer my "stuffing" and veggies more cooked. This needs something to keep it moister...maybe some broth would help.

I have made this dozens of times ... and everyone wants the recipe when we are done with the meal. It satisfies many a dieter and the flavors are unbelievable. It is an excellent side dish to many a poultry dish. And to think it is waistline friendly, what more could you ask for. I hope George will be back with more healthy recipes. This is a keeper.

Another low carb recipe I brought to the Thanksgiving dinner. It was fantastic. Months later people were still commenting how good it was. I love bread stuffing, but I may stick with this new recipe from now on. Healthy and tasty.

A wonderful side dish. Even those who do not eat cauliflower, loved it. I will keep on file and make again.

This Recipe was AWESOME!! I did not even miss the bread or the carbs! It has a lot of flavor! I added just a touch of extra sage because I love it. I also used the breakfast sausage instead of the turkey which I think is good because I think the turkey might have been a little to dry. Great Job it was excellent!

This made a good side dish, but it isn't stuffing. I cut the cauliflower very small but next time I think I'll precook it, too, and see if it's more "stuffing" like.

I TRIED THIS RECIPE FOR THIS FIRST TIME AND TO ME, I THINK TO MUCH SAGE IS ADDED TO THIS RECIPE. HOWEVER, I WILL TRY THE SAUSAGE AND HERB STUFFING LATER AND I WILL PUT LESS SAGE THAN THE RECIPE CALLS FOR.
