    We used naan instead of the above flat bread recipe and we served it open-faced like a pizza. This was very, very good and had great flavor and texture without the extra fat/calories from sour cream/guac.
    I will use this recipe again and again to make fajitas.... as a matter of fact, i think the leftovers will make a great fajita lunch for me tomorrow. Mmmmm

    Awesome base recipe! I modified it, to fit our lifestyle. I used corn store bought tortillas. I used the salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, oil, tequila, garlic(powder, and onion(powder as a marinade for the chicken and then grilled it. I stir fried peppers, onions, mushrooms and whatever else on the stove, chop the grilled chicken and them make the quesadillas. I get rave reviews from everyone about it. One thing - watch for possible tequila flare ups on the grill! ;

    I used store bought flour tortillas and used a mixture of mexican blend cheese and hot pepper cheese. I sprayed a little oil on a baking pan, filled one half of the tortilla with the chicken mixture and cheese and then folded it over and baked in the oven at 375 until cheese was melted and the tortilla was a little crisp, about 5 min. They were fantastic! I'll be making often. Thanks!

    These were incredibly delicious! I skipped the soy flour flatbreads and just encased the filling between 2 flour tortillas, and they were amazing! The seasoning on the chicken was delicious, and the peppers and onions were delicious mixed with everything and topped with the cheese. I toasted the tortillas in a frying pan on each side to crisp them, and they were perfect. I will be repeating the filling recipe over and over.

    Great flavor, used store bought tortillas instead of making them and used pepper jack cheese. The seasonings were perfect as written. My family really enjoyed this recipe.

    I skipped all the veggie ingredients as I did not have them on hand. Plus, I added a bit more tequila and some chili powder for some kick. The flavor of the chicken was superb! My husband is asking for these quesadillas again this weekend! I highly recommend!

    This recipe was super easy and quick to make. I used store bought tortillas and added Campbell's Soutwest Pepper Jack cheese to the mixture before putting it into the tortillas. My husband loved this recipe and ate the left overs for 2 or 3 days.

    These were delicious! My husband loved them. I didn't make the flatbread though and instead used store bought burrito size flour tortillas. It was sooo good and easy!

    These are delicious. They're easy to make and always taste good. Me and my husband will add tomatoes and lettuce and sour cream if we want to make it different without changing the taste that much or making it more difficult. Fabulous.
