This dish is amazing! I can have all the things I love about mexican food without guilt. I like to spread a thin layer of butter on the flat bread before grilling it, gives it a real bread taste. I also just use one half of the flat bread on the bottom and eat it open faced (that way I can pile on the cheese. After grilling I do need to microwave to melt rest of cheese since you can't flip the open faced! Here's to George, you've done it again!!!

It took a little longer to make than I thought, but the outcome was great. I even forgot to put in the tequila and it was still good!

This meal was wonderful! The shell tasted more like cornbread. Next time I would try it with a hamburger chile and cheese as a filling.

Okay, getting your husband whose Mom is "the best cook" to actually go on a diet is not the easiest thing in the world to do. It is recipes like this that make me know we can do this! He was full with the suggested serving. Not just full but very satisfied and wants to have this again soon!! Thanks George and foodnetwork.

This recipe is so great! I didn't make the tortilla shells. Instead, I bought low-carb tortillas. The tequila chicken filling is delicious. I also added about 1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice during cooking, to make it "tequila-lime" chicken. Very tasty.

You'll never miss passing up the Mexican restaurants. This was great, flavor, gooey cheese, and the crisp flatbread. I served this with the Chili, It made a great meal! Keep the recipes coming George!
