    These quesadillas were great. Even if you left the chicken out the flavor was just as good with it. I tried it both ways.

    I'm on induction so
    I just made the filling and then put it with a side of guac, and sour cream!!!

    I love Tequila, I love chicken, and I love this dish. The chicken has so much flavor and I love the fact that I don't have to feel guilty about eating and enjoying it!

    We used store bought low carb tortillias and frzen chicken pieces to make it faster with our busy lifestyle and even the seven year old loved it!
