I made this for the first time last week and it turned out very good. The flavor is quite unique - tangy and zingy - which I believe comes from the tequilla. Overall a good dish.

I tried this with some caution, but the family loved it as a cinco de mayo dish. They are not big spice fans so I dailded that back a bit.

I marinated the meat overnight so it had a tremendous flavor however it was quite tough. My husband had the idea to use the left overs for fajitas.
