Great recipe and amazing taste. I skipped the melon. I included a sweet and sour dipping sauce with mine. The family loved it and it will become a regular dish in our house.

Who knew that healthy food could be so good, great robust flavors and simple to prepare. I modified it by using 4 lbs of boneless skinless breasts and I filled 8 skewers end to end, instead of 40 or so with only 1 piece on it. I didn't do the melon thing, but a melon or mango salsa would compliment this recipe very well. I marinated it for 2 hours and the family loved it! Its a keeper!

I made this with pineapple fried rice. The chicken turned out a little salty for some reason. I think I'll get a low sodium teriyaki sauce to try next time. Either way, this will be made again :o

I've made chicken skewers before, this is by far the most delicious. It was easy to do and very moist and tasty. I made the teriyaki by scratch which I think helped make it even more delicious. This is a great accompaniment for a sushi/japanese dinner.

This recipe should specify low or no sodium Teriyaki. Because otherwise you're in for quite an awakening!

Sold out at my house with three children. I made this into an entree by threading red bells and maui (Sweet onions onto the skewers as well. Delicious!
