I put this on the grill and it was a hit! More husband points from a wife that is truely a picky eater~she loved it! Kept meat tender and grilled under 30 min. Oh yea, served it up with roasted asian inspired veggies tossed with same marinade.

Very easy to make. I served them as an entree with a side dish of Rachel Ray's garlic cilantro stuffed tomatoes. Extra low carb dinner!

This is a very good recipe. In my research Splenda is very toxic to your thymus gland due to it being chlorinated sugar so I substituted equal parts of Stevia in it's place (no neg effects, high in B vitamins. This was a recipe that I felt good about serving to my family. Make a double batch, it goes quickly!

This recipe was featured the first time I've ever watched this show - glad I saved it to my recipe box! Made it the other night - the family loved them!

This recipe is easy to make and is a big hit every time I make it. The Adkins dieters especially love it. I use hot sesame oil, and I grill the skewers rather than bake them. I also serve a side of (store-bought peanut sauce for dipping.

SERVED AT A BUNCO GAME AND THE GIRLS LOVED IT..DIDN'T TAKE ANY TIME TO PREP AND WHILE MARINADING I WAS ABLE TO GET THE OTHER PART OF THE MEAL READY...I HIGHLY SUGGEST...
