I make this all the time now because my husband and I both love it. I leave out the hot peppers and sometimes the green beans if I don't have them on hand and it's always tasty!!

This is really delicious and not complicated to make. I thought my husband would eat until he exploded.
    Yummy!

I use low-fat smoked sausage and all fresh veggies to make an excellent fast meal.

I felt the dish was very tasty and easy to make. It filled my family up and there was plenty for leftovers or as my family calls them hangarounds because if they dont hangaround long before they are eaten.

I made this last night for the first time and my husband raved about the fantastic flavors. He said that the hot peppers "made" the dish. My only caution would be to watch the cooking time if you "half" the recipe as I did.
It was a little over cooked, so next time, I will adjust the oven time accordingly.

Don't print from the screen. Cut and paste into 'word' and then you can save it also. Haven't made this yet, but looking forward to it. Very much like one I make for my husband and he just loves it.
