I have made this recipe four times in as many months and it just tastes better each time. My wife was not a sausage person but now she will pick up the sausage and tell me to get busy. Just spicy enough and it can be adjusted to a smaller amount easily. Uncle Al? thank you.

eating low carb can be a real challenge to find something everyone will like that doesn't taste low carb.

This recipe by far surpassed all expectations. Everyone LOVED it and it tasted GREAT! Also It made enough for 2 meals.

Thanks for this, it's a real gift!

My husband asked me to make this when he saw George fixing it on TV. I used turkey Italian sausage and it was terrific. We will be having this often.

My husband & I really enjoyed this recipe. While watching its preparation on TV, we knew we would really like it! The prep time is a little extensive (because I made sure everything was ready to go but I am sure to make it again (& again. I made a tomato/mozzarella/basil/XVOO salad & whole artichokes as sides & we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. My husband REALLY loved this entree.

I made this recipe for my coworkers who are not on low carb and they loved it so much! I had never had turkey sausage before so I was wonderfully surprised at how good it was. I highly reccomend this recipe. The only drawback was that it made so much I had to split it into 2 dishes.

It was a little greasy and heavy tasting from the sausage, but the fresh ingredients did help to balance it out. The only thing different I'd do next time is throw in more veggies, not just onions and peppers, to lighten it up.
