I expected a little more flavor. If I try this again I would mix a little olive oil in with the bread crumbs.

Pretty much amazing, absolutely the best mashed potatoes I have ever had in my life. You MUST try them, you can't go wrong with these! Goes GREAT with Giada's Rib-Eye Steak with Black Olive Vinaigrette. Even better with extra cheese!

These potatoes are the best!!! I add heavy cream instead of milk and extra cheese than what it calls for. You gotta have it!

Oh my gosh!! This potato recipe is the best!!! I added more cheese than it called for just because I love cheese. Everybody loved it. Thanks Giada, you always make me look like a star.

I have tried several mashed potato recipe and by far this is the best! I made this for a girls get together potluck and all my friends asked me for the recipe! The only slight change I made is to boil the potatoes in chicken broth to give it more flavor.

I made a large batch of these tasty mashed potatoes for the annual company holiday party and everyone loved it. That was the first dish that finished right away. To make it more creamier and flavorful I use heavy whipping cream instead of milk, garlic salt instead of regular salt, and most importantly use freshly grated parmesano reggiano. Also top the dish with fresh mozzarella over the bread crumbs and you'll get a great crust.

I had some friends over for our own little Thanksgiving and made these, great flavor and different than your regular ol' mashed potatoes. They aren't as cheesy after you bake them which makes them easier to serve, but I was a little disappointed the cheese didn't stretch all the way to the plate! Never the less, they were yum.

My Brother saw Giada making these potatoes and mentioned it to me. I looked up the recipe and decided I would make them for Thanksgiving since he was already cooking the turkey for us. My family loved them! I added fresh romano cheese as well. The only thing is that you have to serve them right away or they dry up. Thanks Giada

My husband disappeared while he was supposed to be cooking on Thanksgiving. I found him upstairs watching Giada. He said we needed to try this recipe. So, we immediately printed it out and the potatoes that were boiling for our regular traditional mashed potatoes turned into this! It was a huge hit and a new tradition for our family.
