    A good change to mashed potatoes. I added some roasted garlic and it give them even more flavor.

    Delicious. I used fontina cheese because I could not find good mozzarella. I will make this time and
    time again. My husband loved it. I will be sure that everytime I make
    mashed potatoes that I make extra so
    I can make this dish.
    Mixing melted butter with the bread
    crumbs for the topping is a good idea.
    You must buy really good cheeses to
    make this. Those who did not like the
    recipe must not have tasted it before
    they put in the oven.
    I always use butter and sour cream
    when I make mashed potatoes instead of
    milk. Nothing like making it richer!!!

    Made these potatoes with the steak with red wine sauce for my son's birthday dinner. Fantastic. Everyone agrees they are the best mashed potatoes we ever ate. You've done it again Giada.
