Prepared these for Thanksgiving dinner, they were a major hit with the family. Try Garlic Break Crumbs for a delightful change.

I expected these to be delicious and it seemed as though they were missing something...a bit bland. I would advise adding some garlic or bacon bits or sour cream or perhaps cheddar cheese instead of/in addition to mozzarella. Perhaps I need to add a bit more salt/pepper too. This was the review of my entire family by the way (not just me ...I made them for Christmas dinner.

They were best the next day...I put them in a skillet with a little bit of oil and made them for breakfast - now that was tasty!

Sorry Giada - this was my first try on one of your recipes and I was somewhat disappointed...but don't worry - I'll try again! I love your show!

These are so much better then reg. potatoes. I added some more butter to the mash and some fresh italian parsley a little more seasonings and instead of regular bread crumbs i used italian bread crumbs. Oh and to solve the bread crumbs not browning on top i melted about a teaspoon of butter and mixed it in with the crumb mix it worked out great.

I have had many mashed potatoes in the past, but never like these. They were so incredibly delicsious. My family loved them, although my mom actually liked them the way they were before going in the oven, I think I'll try that next time. Thanks for this great hit!

My husband thought these mashed potatoes were awesome. I thought that the parm cheese was a little overwhelming but besides that the recipe was great.
