    I decided to try this as a Thanksgiving side and it ended up being the big hit of the entire dinner. This has definitely become a Thanksgiving classic.

    These cheezy mashed potatoes were delicious...I added non-fat sour cream and substituted low-fat cheese...and it tasted great! I didn't feel so guitly going back for seconds!

    This recipe was very easy to make... gives a wonderful twist to the old favorite mashed potato. They are stringy with cheese and have a wonderful flavor. Very filling. Nobody wanted to eat what I made with the potatoes.....they just wanted the potatoes. The top is crunchy and the potatoes and creamy and cheesy. They are even great the next day.
    Overally a great recipe to have when you want something different to make instead of just mashed potatoes. AWESOME!

    It was quick and simple. I changed it a little by adding some butter to the breadcrumbs so it wouldn't be to dry. I'm serving this on individual cups for all my guests this Thanksgiving.
