I made this dish along with meatloaf and peas and it turned out absolutely great. I followed the directions to the letter - my kids loved it and asked for seconds. Definitely a keeper!!!!

These are creamy and sooo flavorful! I served them with Giada's Osso buco recipe. The potatoes don't need gravy, but we ate the leftover gravy on the potatoes the second day. Wonderful!

This is another great recipe from Giada. I took up cooking, after i retired several years ago, and have tried many recipies from the Food Network chefs. Giada is one of my favorites. Grazie Giada

I cooked these last night for a special guy and he couldn't get enough. Although they took me a long time to peel the potatoes and then grate the cheese, they came out perfect...I added a good deal of salt and pepper, a little extra butter and some garlic powder which knocked them up a whole extra level...then I sprayed butter on the breadcrumbs once ontop.

I cannot say any more clearer then they were awesome!! My husband, who is a HUGE mashed potatoe fan, said that he would rather have our potatoes this way from here on out. My one year old, who refuses to eat mashed potatoes, also ate them and wanted more!!!

These potatoes were pretty good, but I was a bit disappointed in them. My husband, though, who is very picky, liked them and said he would eat them again. I thought they were better before baking them!
