Surprisingly amazing! My mother and grandmother make amazing mashed potatoes so my standards are pretty high. Made these for my boyfriends family and it was just absolutely delicious and so easy!

I was surprised. The recipe sounded like it would be really good. I found it to be really bland. It needs something more then salt and pepper,, maybe a few chopped green onions in the potatoes before its baked would do it.

I liked this recipe a lot as a change to regular mashed potatoes. I used less milk in mine though because I prefer thicker mashed potatoes.

Really yummy. I added fresh parsley, which freshened it up. The only reason I am not giving the dish 5 stars is that without covering in the oven, the potatoes came out ever-so-slightly dry. So next time, I'll be sure to do that.

Good side, especially for kids. My daughter had seconds and asked for thirds, LOL!

Delicious, and a great technique for boiling potatoes in less time and mashing them easier, by cutting the potatoe into cubes first! I loved this recipe. I also like Tyler Florence's recipe for "Velvety Mashed Potatoes"...

GREAT to make with leftover mashed potatoes or if potatos are starten to sprout, I'll make a batch and freeze some. Super

This is a delicious recipe! A bit time consuming but a great alternative to run of the mill mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again!
