Delicious, good flavor. Agree with others, a little dry. Will add more milk next time.

This reciepe is SOOOO GOOD!! I made it for Thanksgiving for a large family pot luck--had to make double because large family so just doubled up everything in reciepe. Everyone raved about my potatoes, "these are good, real good" "the potatoes were delicious, the best I have ever had" "I have eaten at 4 different thanksgiving dinners today and these are the best mashed potatoes by far" "you made these, wow, you need to give me the reciepe"

These came out great. They were fluffly, cheesy, and had good texture. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this receipe you just can't go wrong with it. I also made a smaller side of garlic mashed potatoes--same receipe but just added some garlic powder at cheese mixing and these were very yummy. Lastly both versions taste great by themselves and even better with turkey gravy.

Very good...I thought the bread crumbs were unecessary...maybe I'll try Panko next time...they made awesome potato pancakes the next morning.

Awesome recipe! I made these potatoes for a holiday party with coworkers and they were a hit! I did add a little extra cheese and milk but they turned out super rich and creamy! I am definitely keeping this in my bag of tricks.

I made these potatoes last year on Thanksgiving and they were wonderful. Tasty, fluffy, with a light cheese flavor that went perfect with the meal. The flavor is so amazing that you can either eat them as is or still put gravy on them if you prefer. The family loved them. The best part (ok 2nd best! is that I made these early in the morning then wrapped them up and placed in the fridge until it was time to pop them in the oven. Last year was the first year I was out of the kitchen early and able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend making these. I plan to again this year for an even bigger family gathering. Enjoy

This was super delicious! I was brave and made it for Thanksgiving. I wasn't sure how it would turn out so I made 1/2 the serving size recommended and the dish was demolished! Everyone raved about it. I will be making it again for Christmas and will add more cheese AND bread crumbs. The amount of crumbs recommended wasn't crunchy enough for my liking. Overall, an outstanding dish!!
