doubled this recipe for a family get together and everyone loved them. so easy to just throw everything in the food processor. this will become my go-to pancake recipe!

I made these pancakes, and they were fantastic! They were light and favorful! I ate 4, my husband ate 16 and would have eaten more if there were more to eat! Really, really good! They are expensive to make. Next time, I plan to substitue cream cheese for the marscapone. That will make it a bit more reasonable. The almond paste is expensive, but there would be no substitute for that. These are the bomb, and you will be hailed as the best cook in the family if you make them! You can always depend on Giada's recipes for being the best! Thanks so much!

I first made these for overnight guests and everyone loved them!! Now my sons expect them every Sunday. I am never disappointed with Giada's recipes, simple and so yummy!

Made this for my family during a recent snow storm. The pancakes were delicious... My kids enjoyed them, which is hard task to achieve. I will definitely make them again. Some of the items were a little pricey but the shelve life is long.

These were delicious! We served them for overnight guests and everyone commented on how delicious they were! I struggled finding the almond paste at first and ended up finding it in the pie filling section of the grocery store. These will be made over and over again!
