Instant espresso...found an old jar of Cafe Bustelo instant espresso in my cupboard, though my local supermarket didn't carry it. You may wish to ask your supermarket to order it for you.
This recipe is essentially an easy version of tiramisu, and it tastes just as good! I made mine parfait style by cutting the angel cake into one inch pieces, and layering them with the cream in a wine glass. I prefer this presentation over the sliced version.
Thank you, Giada, for another simple, terrific recipe that we'll enjoy for many years to come.

i've tried about 4 stores too and no one has it. just use some instant coffee and make it stronger than normal.
