This was awful. I even threw away the leftovers because I did not ever want it again. I only had 7 oz of sun-dried tomatoes and that was still too much. They overpowered the entire dish. I would not recommend this recipe. Don't waste expensive Goat Cheese.

This is such a quick and easy, light supper. I usually add a bit of lemon juice, lemon zest and top it off with some toasted pine nuts for some crunch. I LOVE the combination of goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

Magnifiscent! Nice and light and VERY tasty. Quick and EASY. I love the bits of sundried tomatoe in the angel hair pasta. I think I've had this in restaurants before. Now I can make it myself!
Giada never fails with her multitudes of yummy pasta dishes! I LOVE how she makes wonderful pasta dishes so simple to prepare...

Quick, easy, flavorful meal! Made a few changes: whole wheat pasta instead of regular. 1 can of petite diced tomatoes in juice instead of sun dried tomatoes and tomato paste. I added some of the tomato juice to the oil/garlic/onion mixture with the diced tomatoes. I used the exact amount of cooking wine. I added the goat cheese to the base. I thought about adding a protein but wasn't sure which...

Fantastic! Quick and easy. I love this recipe and make it all the time. I never add the reserved pasta water and it seems just fine to me.
I love to experiment with different left over wines, it always changes the flavor in a subtle way. Sometimes if I have left over shallot I sub that for the onion, it's delicious too!

I literally JUST finished making this...and eating my second helping! I'm really glad no one was home, so I didn't have to share!!! : It was THAT good!!!
I made it with a shallot, instead of an onion and chicken broth, instead of white wine (it's what I had on hand. I slightly overcooked the pasta, because it cooked ALOT faster than I thought! I'll agree with the reviewer that said have everything ready to go, because once you start cooking, it comes together REALLY fast!! But, overall, it was easy to make, delicious and tasted like something you'd get in a restaurant. I'll definitely be adding this to my collection of go to recipes!

This was amazingly good. I put the amount of goat cheese that it called for, but everyone said they couldnt taste it. Not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be, but I may add a little more next time. Make sure you use the water from the pasta so it stays creamy! Delicious :

This is such an easy recipe that has great flavor. I actually made this dish after watching the show & made it by memory (didn't follow the exact recipe. I've made it several times and have added shellfish (shrimp, scallops. It's been a hit!!

Very tasty! I added chicken to it as well! The goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes are what make it!
