I made this last night and absolutely loved it! My husband loved too! I used Feta Cheese though as I thought that's what I was supposed to use & it was dee-lish!

    Everyone LOVED this!
It went perfect with the smoked brisket and grilled corn on the cob.
I used a medium onion and added extra garlic.
But I was ecstatic over the realistic prep and cooking time!
    Super easy too!!!

When I first read the recipe, I thought it sounded like it would taste like tomato paste and pasta. With all the great reviews, I hoped I was wrong. I wasn't wrong--it turned out just as I suspected it would. The sauce is thick, just like tomato paste. Angel hair is way too delicate of a pasta for such a thick sauce. I would suggest spaghetti. My meal tasted just like spaghetti sauce out of a jar (but dry with goat cheese on top, which honestly didn't really work with the sauce. I also thought the chopped Italian parsley looked beautiful, but it added a very disagreeable taste to my pasta. I have used Italian parsley in other recipes, and usually it just blends in with the food. It is entirely the wrong herb for this pasta dish. Next time, for the sauce I am going to try using chopped up fresh tomato with just a touch of tomato paste to thicken. Hopefully this will lighten up the recipe. I feel like I have a brick sitting in the bottom of my stomach right now.

This recipe has become a family favorite and weeknight staple in my home. I add some grilled chicken to make it a little bit heartier for my boys and it is wonderful. This recipe needs nothing.....it is perfect, delicious and very easy!!!!!

I did not have to add anything to this recipe. The flavors were amazing and each ingredient is perfectly placed. This is an easy and delicious weeknight meal. Just add some garlic bread. My husband had seconds and said he definitely wanted this meal again.

I could eat this again in a heartbeat. And so easy to make! I made a few alterations after reading the reviews here: 1 c white wine and more goat cheese...and I didn't have tomato paste, so I just boiled down some regular tomato pasta....and I added in 0.5 lb white mushroom midway through cooking the garlic and onion. The pasta was extremely flavorful, i might have even added too much goat cheese. I think that this a no fail recipe. When I make it again, I think I'll add toasted walnuts to it...give it a more earthy flavor. delish.

My fiance and I LOVE this dish! My fiance is such a picky eater so I made this one day for him when I hadn't gone grocery shopping in a while and he ate all of it! I don't always use the goat cheese since he doesn't like it, but for me it's the perfect addition and really adds a great touch-I love how it slowly melts and makes the sauce creamy and adds a sharp bite. It's easy to make and delicious!

Thanks Giada for this recipe! Served it with steak and shrimp and it was a hit. I used sundried tomato pesto instead and it turned out just great. I could not find the regular sundried tomato jar. Very light, delicious and restaurant quality recipe.

This recipe was super easy and really tasty. My boyfriend bought this huge jar of sun-dried tomatoes and I don't usually eat them, so I wasn't sure what to do with them. But this dinner was great with a simple green salad. The goat's cheese really makes it and I'll definitely make it again!
