I made this recipe for dinner last night and my husband declared it was one of his favorites. The sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese were so uniquie and delicious together. It was a perfect summer pasta dish; not too heavy. I will definitely add this recipe to my regulars. Thank you Giada.

This is an easy, elegant, and tasty pasta dish. I think it's best as a side dish, as it's a bit rich, but it holds up as a main course too. I didn't even add any salt, as I found the ingredients salted enough for my taste (and I love salt. It also allowed the sweetness of the tomatoes and cheese to better come through. I highly recommend you put at least 1/2 cup of pasta water aside, if not a bit more, because it will need the moisture. Otherwise the texture is too dry.

I made this and loved it. I gave some to my mom and some to a friend and they loved it too. Next time I will probably only use 3/4 lb pasta.

LOVED this dish, it was easy and so flavorful. I liked having pasta with just a bit of sauce and the cheese made it extra yummy. Someone mentioned increasing the wine, I might do that next time...it said to let it reduce by half, but with only 2/3 cup of wine, there wasn't MUCH to reduce! Whole family loved it, and I'm sure I'll be making it again soon...

Julie from LA had the right idea to increase the wine and tomato paste for a saucier dish. I also add about 2 Tbsp. of olive oil. I omit the cheese from the sauce, nesting it in the center of a bowl of pasta and then pouring the sauce around the edge. It looks very pretty, specially with cracked pepper and parsley on the cheese and gives a little extra flavor and texture. Mmmm.

My husband and I are pasta lovers, and this recipe is definately our all-time favorite. It is quick and easy to make, but you'd never know it from the depth of flavor produced!

I think this recipe could be modified to be good, but it calls for far too much wine. The wine dominates the flavor of the dish, which is already a bit too sticky sweet on account of using both sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste. By contrast, the other recipes from this episode are quite good.

Tried to make this recipe on my own once before and failed. Then I saw the episode and realized I forgot the most important ingredient! tomato paste. We also added asparagus because we had it at an Italian restaurant before. Love this recipe and make it all the time. my husband's favorite with the goat cheese!
